Bring It On

So I didn't get to the gym today to start off my week on a good foot. The reason is a good one: my almost 3-month old has been sleeping through the night for the last few days, and her wake times have varied from 6:30 to 7:30. Good for me sleep-wise, but not so good gym-wise. Luckily I have 2 things in place to help my cause:

1- Wii Fit Plus - this has been awesome for the days that I really can't leave for the gym (sick kids, too much snow, up too many times at night with baby)

2- On Saturday, I planned each meal and snack for this week. I know this kind of structure isn't good for everyone, but it works for me. After feeding 2 little boys, or begging them to eat on some days, I am way too frustrated to think of what to make for myself. Now it's written out for me.

I also wanted to put a face to the "stories." And since I don't have many (if any) full-body shots taken, I included one from a bit ago. It's still accurate. Beside's PCOS butt, this is the other one I'm going to kick!

You rock Linds, you know that? I think you are absolutely gorgeous and amazing! I've been slow to comment on your new blog, cuz i'm lazy...but this is such a frickin' good idea! Everyone needs support facing our biggest challenges, and this blog is a fantastic way to get it. I'm one of your biggest cheerleaders...I know your gonna kick butt!
