Quickly... 'cause I have to get to the gym early tomorrow...
1 - I have reset my scale's memory. For every 10 pounds, I will reset the number because I DO NOT want to see, or even visualize, my previous weight in the 190's. (also, I am not going to get too comfortable with this new # either, so I can stay focused on the momentum I have created)
2 - I really do think there is something to all of the hype of my Reebok Easy Tones. I wore them on my trip to St. George, and did a lot of walking. I felt some soreness that I wouldn't normally be aware of. The muscle areas promised to be targeted really were that weekend, and again when I was on a treadmill the other day. I am trying to be observant for all of your curiosity.
So far, money well spent.
(though I wouldn't recommend driving from Fillmore to SLC in them!)
